Collin Garrity is a designer who looks to make conscious products that are both sculptural and useful.  He creates these herb strippers using walnut and natural oils in his St. Louis studio.  You will see that this utilitarian tool has many uses from stripping herbs and leafy greens from stalks, to scraping produce from cutting boards, and scooping out melons and squash!
