Pink Salt Benefits and Uses
Pink Himalayan salt is touted as the most beneficial salt available. It is also the purest option for salt. It is delicious in foods, but also great for your body!
Packed with 84 trace minerals and elements, it has many health benefits. There is no substitute for the real thing that is mined over 5000 feet below the Himalayan Mountain Range in Pakistan. 1. Dissolve your Himalayan salt chunk in a jar of filtered water overnight. Remove the salt that remains (to use later), and keep your sole jar on the counter where you will remember to take it
2. Mix 1 tsp of sole water with a glass of filtered water and the juice of one lemon
3. Drink first thing in the morning to stimulate digestion, balance pH, and feed the body with rich minerals!
