How does it work?

How are items selected?

Each quarter we choose products that are seasonal, functional or fun that we think you will truly enjoy! We take feedback from our subscribers and send products based on your subscription preferences. Your box will include 3-7 full size products, each quarter. This is not like other subscription boxes you may be used to; this is not a box of samples or advertisements. We are extremely selective and only include items that are of high quality; items that are supportive of a natural lifestyle. You can see more about our selection criteria here.

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

Absolutely; the process is similar to our normal checkout and we will use the shipping address you provide us. If you would like to include a gift message, we will be sure to include it in the box.

What is included in a box?

You can count on 3-7 full sized products, that you will want to use now. All of our boxes are curated to include products that have a combined retail value greater than the box price. We also take great pride in providing quality care to our subscribers. Your box will come with an insert full of helpful information, and boxed in the most eco-friendly way possible.

Am I able to cancel?

Yes! You can cancel your plan at any time. We will complete your paid for shipments, and your subscription will not renew at the next cycle.

When will my box be shipped?

We ship boxes mid-month every quarter. You can plan on a package by the end of the month in March, June, September & December.

How does billing work?

You will be auto-billed every quarter, if you are on a single box plan. Otherwise, you will be auto-billed at the next cycle. You can cancel at anytime.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Due to the nature of subscription boxes, we are unable to expedite shipping.

Do you offer international delivery?

We do not offer international delivery at this time.
